Supply Chain Executive

a LEED Platinum-certified green manufacturing company supporting Bangladesh’s export-oriented garment industry through sustainable garment accessories and packaging solutions.

• Review purchase requisitions (PR) and source required items from local and international suppliers. • Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements and process purchase orders. • Coordinate with Production, Planning and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability. • Follow up with suppliers, transporters and C&F agents on delivery and shipment schedules. • Monitor stock levels, pending orders, supplier performance and potential material shortages. • Maintain procurement, inventory, invoice and supplier records accurately in the ERP system.

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply-chain operations, preferably in manufacturing. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. • Practical knowledge of local sourcing, purchase orders, inventory control and logistics coordination. • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and supply-chain reporting. • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and follow-up skills. • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
