Bangladesh-based creative production and IT-enabled services company providing high-quality photo editing, video production, 3D modelling, and visual content solutions to international clients. We support brands, agencies, studios, and e-commerce businesses in the US, Europe, and other global markets with scalable, reliable, and cost-effective production support.
Role Impact
Responsibilities
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in international sales, B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Strong experience working with international clients from the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, or similar markets
• Experience with lead generation tools/services (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
• Experience in outbound sales, LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and proposal writing
• Strong understanding of digital services, outsourcing, ITES, creative production, media services, or e-commerce support services
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar platforms
• Ability to independently manage sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
• Ability to work flexible hours for international client communication
• Experience in team leadership, lead generation systems, and sales process development will be considered an advantage

• Develop and execute international sales strategies focused on US, UK, European, and other global markets
• Generate qualified sales leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, calls, and partner networks
• Identify and approach international clients including e-commerce brands, creative agencies, retailers, studios, and digital companies
• Conduct professional sales meetings, presentations, and client pitching sessions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close international business deals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and key accounts
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, reporting, and revenue forecasting
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and international market opportunities
• Support marketing initiatives including LinkedIn presence, outbound campaigns, and business outreach
• Lead and mentor junior sales or marketing team members when required
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets
