• Manage and oversee HR operations for 500+ staff members • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and regulations • Hands-on Experience with HRMS software administration for maintaining employee database, attendance and payroll. • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes • Handle disciplinary, grievance, and compliance issues effectively

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Management, or relevant discipline • 4–5 years of experience in HR management (preferably in hospitals) • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor law, and manpower handling • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
